Raya Haji

went back to kelantan for raya haji this year. got stuck in massive traffic jams especially the one in gua musang-kuala krai. it took us 14hours to reach kota bharu from kl. nikiee and chik were in kl during the whole raya, so I was left alone in kota bharu doing nothing except eat and eat and eat.

It's been so many years since we last celebrated raya haji in kelantan and I totally forgot how boring it was and still is celebrating raya haji in kelantan. So boring I'm surprised that I survived the whole 4 days I was there. It was raining and we didn't get to go out and they only cooked daging korban, which explains where that additional 3kgs came from.

We came back on Tuesday and used the Terengganu route. And Oh Emm Gee! Terengganu is soooo breathtaking please? The beach, and the penyu sanctuary, and the beach! It's sooo much better than my hometown in kelantan, not kidding. Like very soothing and calming, i likeee! It took us almost 11hours to reach shah alam.
