Tomorrow is my last day at McDonald's. I'm going to start working at Scomi on the 1st of April. I'm feeling a bit melodramatic tonight. It was a tough decision between staying at McDonald's or take up the job offered by Scomi. Despite the "internal" problems, I had so much fun working in McDonald's. The working environment, the people, the activities we had, the company trip and so much more, I'm so gonna miss it when I leave. And I will definitely feel emotional when I look at the stores and advertisements every where. I had such an amazing experience working here. But, working in the department, they can't promise career advancement to everyone. My colleague spent 15 years working before being promoted and my superior worked her *** off for freaking 20 years and still doing the same job.
At my new place, I will be doing less processing and more on reporting and consolidating which relates more to my studies and will be a great help when I continue doing my ACCA. Speaking of that, my friends, Haniza and Boe, and I decided to pursue ACCA preferably end of this year or maybe next year. I'm still looking for sponsors and scholarships since I'm planning to do it in UK. Hope that I can get my ACCA by 26 at most.
I'm also looking for an apartment, planning to buy one and put it on rent or something. Planning to survey couple of serviced apartments somewhere in Shah Alam and Kota Damansara this weekend with my dad.
I still have a lot to update but I cant think of the rest right now. Will update soon!
